Spear Security Force Pte Ltd (formally known as Spear Security Force LLP) started operation as a humble company with just 6 employees. Over the years, with our annual turnover of SGD4.5 million a year, we are now an established security company of over 140 employees and still growing. 

Our officers will have to go through proper screening before employment contract are being offered and in order to ascertain their good performance, our company follow up with clients each quarter to diligently review each officer’s profile.
